HMS provides full management services — tenant administration, rent operations, maintenance coordination, and compliance with state and local landlord-tenant law — alongside the operational discipline required to maintain QOZ program compliance across the long hold. HMS also delivers the community's digital infrastructure, including the public website, tenant portal, and administrative tooling.

Acquisition, structuring & management

A single-family residential rental property in West Point, Virginia, on the Middle Peninsula. HMS represented the client through the acquisition at auction, conducted the underwriting and financial analysis required to validate the investment thesis, structured the holding entity, and now provides ongoing property management.

A Florida Keys vacation rental for which HMS provides absentee-owner management and concierge services. Design, development & ongoing support

An educational investing platform for the West Point Young Investors Society. HMS designed and built the application end-to-end — interactive concept lessons covering investing fundamentals, market simulators, and the gamified "Bull or Bear" learning experience — delivering a structured curriculum that translates institutional investing concepts for an undergraduate audience.
